Liquids and creams
Lotions, serums, creams, and sunscreen usually need sensitive- or special-goods review. Bottle capacity, total volume, leakage risk, and mixed packing matter.
COSMETICS SHIPPING TO CANADA
Masks, lotions, serums, sunscreen, and lipstick cannot all be treated as ordinary parcels. Separate liquids and creams from solid makeup, identify capacity and brand, and confirm whether goods are mixed with standard cargo before choosing a route.

START WITH THE PRODUCT
Route limits change with the transport method and actual goods. This guide is for pre-shipment screening, not an acceptance promise for every cosmetic product.
01
Lotions, serums, creams, and sunscreen usually need sensitive- or special-goods review. Bottle capacity, total volume, leakage risk, and mixed packing matter.
02
Lipstick, pressed powder, and eyeshadow are easier to classify by form, but brand, shipment mix, and declared value still need review.
03
Perfume, pressurised spray, flammable or volatile goods, and luxury-brand sets need photos and a manual assessment before warehouse intake.
ROUTE BOUNDARIES
Some current air-sensitive reference rules use conditions such as individual containers within 150ml, total liquid volume within 1000ml, cosmetics below half the shipment weight, and mixed packing with standard goods. Some sea-service references show containers within 350ml, up to ten pieces, or sensitive-goods totals within 1000ml or 1kg.
These are route-specific reference limits, not universal acceptance rules. Changing route, packing, postal code, or shipment composition can change the result.
Sensitive-goods rate guidanceProvide millilitres per container, number of containers, and total liquid volume. "Several skincare bottles" is not enough to match a route.
First-tier, registered, or high-value sets should not be assumed acceptable as ordinary sensitive goods; send brand and product evidence.
Some air-sensitive rules require or suit mixed packing with standard goods. Retain original packing and add sealing, leak prevention, and cushioning.
East/west Canada and remote destinations can have different available routes and delivery terms.

Some sensitive routes require or better suit a standard-goods mix, but mixed ratio, cosmetics weight, and capacity may be limited. Submit the full list to check whether splitting is necessary.
No. Spray, flammable, and volatile characteristics have stricter rules. Provide complete product information and packing photos for manual confirmation.
