Terms of Service

These terms apply when you enquire about, order, or use Junfeng's China-to-Canada consolidation, air, sea, sensitive-goods, large-cargo, warehousing, packing, and related logistics services.

Read before using our services

Submitting goods, confirming a route, making payment, or continuing to use a logistics service indicates that you have read and understood these terms.

Charging, customs, transport, and delivery rules vary by goods, route, Canadian postcode, and service. The confirmed route, quotation, and order information govern each shipment.

01

Service scope and providers

Guangzhou Junfeng Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd. ("Junfeng") provides services according to the confirmed order and route.

Canada services may include domestic parcel receipt and consolidation, storage, repacking, air or sea transport, eligible sensitive-goods and large-cargo options, customs coordination, Canadian delivery, inspection, declared-value cover, and packing services.

Airlines, shipping lines, customs providers, overseas warehouses, local couriers, and other partners may participate in fulfilment.

Service scope varies by route and is subject to the confirmed order.

02

Shipment and declaration responsibilities

You must provide complete and accurate goods and recipient information, including item name, quantity, use, value, brand, material, ingredients, model, special properties, weight, dimensions, packing, and the recipient's full Canadian details.

You must not conceal goods, misdescribe items, understate value, or falsely declare commercial goods as gifts. You are responsible for reasonable costs and consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

03

Prohibited and restricted goods

You must not send goods prohibited by Chinese export rules, transport-safety requirements, Canadian law, or destination customs rules.

  • Dangerous, flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, or radioactive goods;
  • Weapons, controlled items, narcotics, counterfeit goods, or illegal products;
  • Unsafe batteries and unapproved fresh, animal, plant, or quarantine goods;
  • Any other goods prohibited by law or the selected route.

Cosmetics, liquids, creams, food, supplements, medicine, battery products, and branded goods require route-specific review before dispatch.

04

Pricing, chargeable weight, and payment

Website prices are planning references unless a specific shipment quotation has been confirmed. Final cost can change with actual or dimensional weight, route, postcode, goods, declared value, size, remote delivery, packing, cover, and other services.

Route-specific dimensional-weight formulas, minimum weights, rounding, and size limits apply. Remeasurement, changed goods, or changed addresses may require an additional payment.

05

Customs, tax, and tax-included routes

Customs and tax treatment varies by route. "Customs clearance and tax included" applies only to confirmed orders that meet the stated route conditions, not every product, service, or Canadian address.

You must provide truthful documentation. Junfeng may request additional information and pause dispatch where declarations appear incomplete or abnormal.

06

Transit time

Published and quoted transit times are estimates under normal conditions, not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

Flights, sailings, customs checks, holidays, peak periods, severe weather, congestion, strikes, public events, government controls, and shipment issues may affect delivery. Allow suitable time for school, moves, events, or commercial deadlines.

07

Delivery in Canada

Delivery may be completed by Junfeng resources or a third-party local provider. You must supply an accurate name, telephone number, postcode, street address, and unit or room number.

Confirm reception, appointment, unloading, upstairs service, and remote-area conditions in advance. Failed delivery caused by incorrect information, refusal, absence, or inability to contact the recipient may create redelivery, return, or storage charges.

08

Warehousing, consolidation, and packing

Current service rules govern intake, storage, unpacking, consolidation, repacking, free-storage periods, overdue storage, and long-unhandled goods.

Request original-packing retention, special sorting, reinforcement, crates, or frames before warehouse work starts. Removed packaging may not be restorable. Fragile, valuable, precision, glass, mirror, artwork, and furniture shipments require suitable protection.

09

Damage, loss, delay, and claims

Report loss, visible damage, detention, or another exception promptly and provide order details, purchase and value evidence, packing records, damage photographs, and delivery status as requested.

Declared-value cover follows its applicable terms. Uncovered shipments are handled according to route rules, proven value, responsibility, and the order agreement. Prohibited goods, false declarations, inadequate packing, lawful customs action, and events outside reasonable control are not automatically compensable.

10

Liability and events outside reasonable control

Responsibility for delays, charges, or loss depends on the actual cause, including customs or government action, carrier changes, conflict, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters, severe weather, infrastructure disruption, incorrect information, concealed goods, inherent defects, or inadequate packing.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11

Returns, abandonment, and unhandled goods

Returns caused by failed customs clearance, failed delivery, refusal, or customer request depend on route and local-provider rules and may incur transport, storage, handling, and related charges.

Goods remaining beyond published storage periods may be cleared or disposed of after the applicable notice and maximum holding period.

12

Website information and updates

Prices, schedules, customs requirements, Canadian policies, and delivery rules can change. Junfeng may update routes, restrictions, value-added services, and these terms.

Confirmed paid orders generally follow the service agreed at confirmation, subject to mandatory government, customs, or carrier changes.

13

Privacy and information use

Junfeng processes necessary sender, recipient, contact, address, goods, and order information to provide warehousing, transport, customs, and delivery services. Required information may be shared with carriers, customs providers, Canadian delivery providers, and other fulfilment partners.

14

Dispute resolution

Contact Junfeng first with the order number and supporting evidence regarding any charge, storage, transport, customs, delivery, or claim dispute. The parties should first seek resolution through communication; unresolved matters follow applicable law and the competent dispute-resolution authority.
