VIP Packing is for orders with confirmed goods and routing that need a quicker packing decision and payment notice. It does not replace complex reinforcement or detailed inspection; it sets a clear processing window for eligible orders.

VIP Packing

Packing completed within 2 hours of a successful submission

Fee: RMB 19.9 per order, collected with international freight
After packing: A payment notice is sent and the processing time is recorded
Overtime handling: For eligible orders, RMB 100 is returned automatically to the account balance

Availability and exclusions

Available 09:30-11:30, 13:00-17:30, and 19:00-07:00 the next day. It is unavailable from 07:00-09:30. Orders requiring wood framing, wood crates, honeycomb paper, extensive inspection, or handling above the stated size, weight, and parcel-count limits are cancelled automatically without charge. A customer-requested pause does not trigger overtime compensation.

RMB 3 / order

Provides item-detail photos plus a video of inspection and packing for goods where condition and appearance matter.

Applications made on working days from 09:00-20:00 are normally delivered within 2 hours. Available for incoming parcels below 5kg.

Process record

Full packing replay

RMB 1 / order

A complete packing video is generated after packing and can be reviewed from the order page.

Available for 90 days after delivery. Not available for parcels of 30kg or more, or rework and repacking orders.

Higher-value goods, staged arrivals, and ongoing shipping plans have different needs. These services make the boundaries around risk, time, and cost easier to understand before dispatch.

RMB 38 / 50 / 100 / 300 tiers

Claims may be submitted under the service rules for loss, damage, seizure, or delay. Loss, damage, or seizure is calculated up to 40 times the declared-value tier and never above the actual goods value. Delay compensation is capped at RMB 200 and is not combined with loss or damage compensation.

Important limits

International brands and jewellery are limited to the RMB 100 tier. Customs seizure caused by prohibited goods and deliberate damage are excluded. For higher-value goods, keep receiving photos or packing video as review evidence.

Staged arrivals

Free storage

Up to 180 days free

Parcels under 0.2m³ receive 180 free days; packed orders receive 90 days; parcels of 0.2m³ or more receive 60 days.

Overdue and clearance rules

Oversized parcels are charged RMB 5 per cubic metre per day after the free period. Parcels left unshipped or unretrieved for more than 180 cumulative days are cleared by the system.

Gold members receive 5% off international base freight and Diamond members receive 8% off. The discount applies automatically to eligible orders.

What the discount covers

The discount applies to international base freight only. Reinforcement, cover, photo and video services, oversize charges, and remote-delivery fees are excluded. Virtual membership is non-refundable after activation.

Protection that fits

Do not over-pack. Match the protection to the goods.

The right reinforcement balances the weak points of the goods, carton size, transport plan, and possible dimensional-weight impact.

Wood frames, crates, and honeycomb paper are calculated by surface area: ((length x width) + (length x height) + (width x height)) x 2. Reinforcement changes parcel dimensions and chargeable weight, so confirm it before packing.
